As a counselor, I offer a safe space for you to feel known in your pain and current experiences. I am passionate about walking with people through their stories or memories that hold wounds, as they better understand it in light of God’s redemptive story towards healing. And I believe we weren’t meant to endure difficult seasons alone.
I find it an honor to work with adults of all ages, as well as adolescents. I offer a compassionate presence to explore a wide range of needs such as traumatic experiences and PTSD, relationship brokenness, depression, chronic pain, and life transitions. My approach is empathic, nonjudgmental, and flexible to your needs.
I approach counseling from a trauma-informed, attachment, and somatic lens and am trained in EMDR. With teens, I also utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches. I am glad you are here!
Personal Interests
I love time with my husband and 3 kids. We have been married 12 years and have been Idahoans since college. I enjoy camping trips, a good book or Starbucks drink, trips to Alaska to visit family, and connecting with our loved ones.
