Alaina Henry, MA, LCPC, NCC
My approach to counseling comes from a belief that therapy is an addition to your personal toolbox of mental health resources. Counseling can be a help in making sense of complex situations, parsing out difficult existential questions, and celebrating the richness that life can offer. I believe it is an honor to come alongside someone and be allowed to walk with them on life's journey. I offer compassionate and empathetic therapy, while working with you to manage, maintain, and find meaning out of life, however complicated that may look.
