Seeking counseling is an act of courage and hope. If you’re here, you’ve already taken a meaningful first step, and I deeply respect the strength that takes.
My desire is to offer a space that feels safe, steady, and free of judgment—a space where you can show up exactly as you are. I work with teens and individuals through many of life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, identity exploration, trauma, grief, and faith-related pain. No matter the story, I’m here to help you make sense of what’s going on and take meaningful steps forward.
My approach blends mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with practical, solution-focused strategies. That means we’ll sit with the hard stuff—but we’ll also work together to find tools that help you cope, connect, and move toward the life you want. I believe healing happens through self-awareness, self-compassion, and intentional action, all held within a therapeutic relationship built on trust and collaboration.
Personal Interests
Outside of the counseling room, I enjoy playing and writing music, reading good books, traveling to new places, and spending quality time with my husband, friends, and family. I also love learning something new just for the fun of it. Whether it’s picking up a random hobby or exploring a new idea, I’m someone who’s always curious and loves to keep growing.
