Whatever you are going through, there is hope.
Life is messy, but you do not have to deal with the mess alone. Seeking a counselor is already a huge step, and my goal is to be a safe place for you to grow. My faith-based approach is holistic; by incorporating one’s spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being into therapy, I believe we can collaboratively address your concerns with compassion and confidentiality. I aim to integrate Biblical principles with evidence-based practices. I recognize that you may choose not to include faith in your counseling process for various reasons, and your choice will be respected.
Whether you seek healing, guidance, or personal growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you embark on this transformative path.
Personal Interests
In my free time, I enjoy skiing in the beautiful Idaho mountains, cozying up with a good book, and playing pickleball with my church family. As an extrovert, I’m energized by spending quality time in deep conversation with my people.
