There are times in life when the road ahead seems too overwhelming to walk alone. As a counselor, I have the honor of coming alongside you and helping you find paths that will move you towards healing. I offer compassionate support for issues such as anxiety, grief, relationship wounds, and trauma. Together we’ll aim to uncover and heal the root cause of what you’re experiencing, and we can integrate faith into the journey as much or as little as you would like. My hope is that you will feel heard and understood as we work together to improve your wellness.
Personal Interests
I love spending time with my family and treasure the moments we can come together and enjoy a good meal, play some games, or simply catch up on life. I also enjoy traveling and have been fortunate to visit many different countries over the years. My husband and I continue to explore new places and cultures when we can, and we try to make regular trips back to Scotland, which is where I’m from originally.
