As a counselor, I offer a safe space for you to feel known in your pain and current experiences. I am passionate about walking with people through their stories or memories that hold wounds, as they better understand it in light of God’s redemptive story towards healing. And I believe we weren’t meant to endure difficult seasons alone.

I find it an honor to work with adults of all ages, as well as adolescents with a variety of struggles. My style is empathic, full of compassion, and flexible to your needs as we collaborate together on your goals. I approach counseling from a trauma-informed, attachment, and somatic lens and am trained in EMDR which seeks to lower present distress. With teens, I also utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I am glad you are here!

Personal Interests

I love time spent with my husband and keeping up with our 3 kids. We have been married 13 years and have been Idahoans since college. I enjoy camping trips, a good book or Starbucks drink, trips to Alaska to visit family, and connecting with our loved ones.
