Hello and welcome! I have been married for almost 19 years and have the great privilege of raising four beautiful daughters and one new puppy. After several years of providing pastoral counseling, I felt called to further my education to gain the additional tools and training I sensed were missing in the church setting. It has been a journey that has deeply enriched my life.
I am passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space where each person can process their pain, feel truly heard, and encounter the love and truth that bring lasting transformation.
Past wounds, whether from childhood, relationships, or personal hardships, can often shape how we see ourselves and the world. My goal is to help you move beyond these wounds—challenging limiting beliefs, breaking free from shame, and stepping into a life of clarity, purpose, and wholeness.
Personal Interests
In my free time, I enjoy sharing laughter and meaningful conversations with friends and family, watching a great show or movie, and savoring an iced vanilla latte (with whole milk)! We moved to this area just over two years ago and continue to enjoy all the beautiful gifts this city has to offer.
