Because you are unique in every way, my approach will be tailored specifically to you. With a deep appreciation for human suffering and radical respect for those who choose to seek help to discover or regain their zest in life, I would like to offer you support in this journey.

My support includes strengths-based elements, acceptance, a focus on meaning-making, self-compassion, and relational resilience. Beyond talking, sometimes I find it can be helpful to mix it up in sessions by utilizing experiential exercises and expressive materials. Clients particularly appreciate my calming and compassionate presence with the utmost respect for their position in the driver’s seat and appreciation of who they are. While faith and spirituality are the cornerstones in my life, I honor your choice of journey!

You can find me at the Boise office not far from St. Als, located at 4477 W. Emerald St. Ste C225 on Mondays through Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Clients who come to see me are individuals 18-years and older.  I do not specialize in working with children and families.

Personal Interests

I am a native Idahoan who loves traveling! Whenever possible, I indulge in outdoor adventures including Greenbelt bike rides, hiking, water sports, backpacking, and running to keep up with my lightning-fast Whippet named Kailana. When the weather is chilly, my daughter and I enjoy baking, creating art and decorating, cross-country skiing, reading, watching movies, and listening to music. Among our friends and family, we are notorious for turning nearly any opportunity into a celebration.
