Hi there! I’m so glad that you’re here. Let me take a brief moment to tell you a little about myself. I have lived in Idaho since middle school and recently moved back after spending 5 years in Southern California getting both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. My husband and I got married in 2021 and are thrilled to be able to grow deep roots in Idaho. Knowing that I have the chance for genuine, meaningful human interaction is the thing that gets me out of bed in the morning so I consider myself blessed to be able to do just that with anyone who steps into my office.
As far as treatment goes, I admit that I was once very skeptical of therapy myself. It was my relationship with a dedicated therapist that not only changed my life but inspired me to become a therapist one day. Though I understand that therapy might seem like an intimidating or dreaded experience, I hope to create an environment where my clients feel safe to explore the deepest parts of themselves in order to find insight and ultimately find healing. Though I cannot offer all the answers to every problem, I will always offer an open heart, open mind, open ears, and open arms to anyone and everyone who sits on my couch. Healing takes time but I am committed to partnering with you to make your therapeutic experience what you need in order to reach your goals, restore your life, and, despite the past, create a present and a future that is filled with hope.
I value the courage that it takes to even embark on this journey and I would love to offer you a non-judgmental and compassionate space where we can embark on this journey together.
Personal Interests
I enjoy being active, getting outside, reading, spending time with friends and family, and searching for the best Matcha in town. I love making memories whether it’s going to a concert or making a home-cooked meal to share with loved ones. I love to travel and look forward to exploring both what Idaho and the world have to offer in the years to come.
