My passion is to offer a safe and caring space for all people to share and grow. I believe that the life that we live offers meaningful and difficult experiences that we can relate to from a variety of angles. This relationship with experiences and how we choose to move forward is how I approach therapy with clients. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy offers a lens that gives helpful, non judgmental, compassionate, values based, and flexible tools to move us towards a full, rich and meaningful life. In a nutshell, the service that I offer clients is an open, warm, and honest space where we can observe who they are and collaborate on a plan to move closer to who they want to be. I enjoy meeting and helping folks from all walks of life, and I have deeper experience with adolescents, addictions, anxiety, and mindful approaches to wellness.
Personal Interests
I love adventure, restoration, and new experiences. I also look for ways to find beauty and humor in life. My time is shared between learning, playing, working, laughing, volunteering, and worshiping. I especially enjoy seasons when I can landscape, garden, raft, pickleball, play tennis, watch my son play baseball, my daughter ride horses, or help in my wife’s classroom.
