Many of us can find ourselves in a season of life that may feel confusing, difficult and sometimes overwhelming, but you are not alone. My work in the field of mental health spans over 30 years and my approach has always been to create a secure and compassionate environment enabling clients to explore difficulties, foster new understanding, and develop emotional and practical tools that can lead to a healthier and more fulfilling life. My counseling work includes couples and adult individuals in all stages of life. My collaborative approach with couples, from dating to empty nesters, enables them to heal, transform, and create renewed connection and joy in their relationship. I work with individuals to explore and process life experiences, heal and build resilience, develop a healthy sense of self, and create meaningful connections. I am also equipped to provide help that integrates a Christian worldview for those clients who request this approach.
Personal Interests
When I am not playing board games with my family or chasing grandkids at the park, I love biking, hiking, attending plays and enjoying a good concert.
